WHO WE ARE

Eoghan O’Mahony MBA, FCCA has over 20 years’ experience with both national and international companies. Internationally he’s worked for a property, private equity and cold chain warehousing and logistics companies. He has driven success within large professional services company, technology services company and a manufacturing high growth SME.

His senior management-level varied experience means that Eoghan always takes an analytical, all-encompassing strategic and fresh approach to your businesses current situation. Eoghan has effectively built and lead small, medium and large teams both on-site and in a remote environment.

Eoghan has experience driving scalable growth for companies across Ireland, in the areas of manufacturing, logistics, e-commerce, beauty, leisure and digital platform development. Eoghan specializes in providing an analytical, strategic, and holistic approach to business scaling and has a deep understanding of financial management, strategic planning, and operational optimisation.

His experience includes:

Eoghan’s qualifications include an MBA, FCCA, a BA in Accounting & Human Resource Management, and a Masters in Design Innovation (Part-time Year 1 completed). He has also completed the Go Global 4 Growth program delivered in partnership with Dublin City University and Enterprise Ireland, ACCA Climate Finance Certificate and a PG Diploma in Sustainable Finance Technology and Innovation, further enhancing his ability to navigate complex business environments and drive sustainable growth.

Karen Griffin is a consultant and executive coach with over 15 years of expertise in research, innovation, and commercialisation. She has worked as a coach with multinational corporations (MNCs), SMEs, and founders, supporting strategic development, innovation management, and company growth.

Throughout her career, Karen has played a key role in supporting companies in spinning out ventures, developing innovation strategies, managing intellectual property, and securing investment.

Karen holds a PhD in Neurophysiology, a Master’s in Business, and is also a qualified executive coach. She is currently completing a Master’s in Leadership. Her diverse background enables her to provide valuable insights to leaders across industries, helping them navigate organisational change, build high-performing teams, and drive business success.

Karen is also an Non-Executive Director for an Irish charity.
